Yet at the same time, the Islamic Republic attacks a Qatari gas vessel. Even a country actively mediating and working to release its money isn't spared. The previous attack on Qatar's gas facilities halted roughly 20% of its exports. The lesson is clear: you can't be both the victim and the mediator.
