Men with rifles pacing a beach on "lookout" duty, as if US forces will row ashore, ask for directions, and get arrested. That beach is visible from satellites. Standing there armed, in the open, doesn't create deterrence — it creates a target. Second clip: deep inside Iran, in Hormozgan province, a group of men — shepherds? nobody knows — handed weapons and paraded for the camera. This is not defense. It's domestic-consumption content. The gap between a real military exercise and a propaganda trailer matters, because the people in the frame pay for that gap, not the editor.
